Case Study – Losses and Location

Fraud teams often do not have huge budgets despite how crucial the work they are doing is to the protection of important revenues. It is not uncommon for operators to require proof of the benefits of such TCG systems. Our client approached us with the need to quantify its losses. We input their data into our Losses and Location Software and were able to immediately present them with an approximate figure of losses of nearly US$700k over a three month period. It’s safe to say our service was needed and the management teams awareness to fraud was sharpened.
